Privacy Policy

Effective June 17, 2026

1. Overview

WarpX ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect when you use the WarpX website, swap interface, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), and how we use it. The Services connect to Canton Network via Loop wallet or hosted parties and, for cross-chain routes, to EVM wallets on supported chains.

2. Information we collect

We may collect: (a) wallet and party identifiers you connect or authenticate with, including Canton party IDs and EVM addresses; (b) transaction and order metadata necessary to route swaps (amounts, assets, order IDs, timelocks); (c) technical logs such as IP address, browser type, device data, and timestamps; (d) information you submit voluntarily (e.g. support messages); and (e) cookies or local storage used for session state, theme, and authentication tokens where applicable.

3. On-chain and public data

Blockchain and ledger activity on Canton Network and EVM chains is public by design. Party IDs, contract IDs, transaction hashes, and transfer amounts may be visible to anyone via explorers or validators. We do not control the permanence or visibility of on-ledger data.

4. How we use information

We use collected information to operate and improve the Services, process swap orders, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, communicate service updates, and debug failures. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Third parties

We rely on infrastructure providers including Canton validators (e.g. WarpX / Five North), Loop wallet, Supabase or similar databases, hosting providers (e.g. Railway), analytics, and RPC endpoints. These providers process data under their own policies. Connecting a wallet or signing in discloses identifiers to the relevant provider as required for the action you request.

6. Retention

We retain order and session data for as long as needed to operate the Services, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. Server logs are rotated on a reasonable schedule. On-chain records persist independently of WarpX.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data we control. No system is fully secure. You are responsible for safeguarding wallet keys, passkeys, and session credentials.

8. Your choices

You may disconnect wallets, sign out of hosted sessions, and clear browser storage. Some features require authentication or wallet connection to function. You may contact us via official channels to request access or deletion of off-chain account data where applicable and permitted by law.

9. International users

The Services may be operated from jurisdictions outside your country. By using the Services, you consent to processing and storage in those locations subject to applicable law.

10. Children

The Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Contact

Privacy questions may be directed via our official Discord or social channels listed on the landing page.
